Our warranty period commences from the date of product shipment to customers. Should a warranty claim arise, promptly notify BMV, and we will undertake necessary adjustments, repairs, or replacements with new or exchanged parts. Furthermore, all repaired parts are guaranteed under a 6-month warranty.
We offer a warranty extension policy that allows our customers to extend the standard warranty for an additional period. This extension must be purchased together with the main units of products initially acquired from BMV. The extended warranty coverage begins on the date the standard warranty expires.
BMV will provide spare parts and support for the product for a period of not less than 5 years from the delivery of the product by BMV to the distributor.

BMV’s warranties and obligations do not cover the following situations
Defects caused by the use of non-BMV-certified accessories
Misuse or abuse of products
human error
Defects caused by normal wear and tear or aging of the product
Defects caused by operating the BMV product not in accordance with the user manual/quick reference card published by BMV
Defects caused by unauthorized modifications to hardware or software
Any serial number on the BMV product has been removed or defaced
Only BMV-authorized personnel, including distributor's biomedical engineering staff who have completed BMV's technical training, are permitted to install, repair, or alter our products. Unauthorized modifications may void the warranty.
